Please read the following information. You are deemed to have read and accepted our standard trading terms when you submit an order.

Dispatch
FREE delivery on all orders. Delivery is UK only, unless we have specifically quoted for overseas delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. However, allow up to 28 days for some items (we’ll contact you if this applies). All orders are shipped first class by Royal Mail.

Returns Policy
Orders are carefully packed to ensure they do not get damaged in transit. All goods are covered by insurance and in the unlikely event of damage or loss claims will be made through Post Office Services.

Please examine goods at time of delivery to be sure they have arrived safely as claims for damaged goods after acceptance will not be honoured.

Payment
Site payment is by means of the PayPal secure payment system. See www.paypal.co.uk for further details. Payment can be taken over the phone and authorised via our Streamline system.

Other than for the purpose of delivery, Vintage Spink will not disclose customers’ information to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
